Who We Are
Three Generations of Craftsmanship
Built on Legacy. Driven by Excellence.
Our Story
Prestige Design & Build was founded on a simple but powerful belief: quality construction is not just a service — it is a commitment. Spanning three generations, our family has built homes, businesses, and community landmarks across the region. What started as a single contractor's dedication to honest work has grown into a full-service construction firm trusted by hundreds of residential and commercial clients.
As a licensed GB-98 contractor with over 20 years of hands-on experience, we bring the same pride and precision to every project — whether it's a kitchen remodel, a new commercial build, or the careful restoration of a historic property. We don't just build structures; we build lasting relationships.
What Drives Us
Our Core Values
Quality First
We defend quality at every phase — from the foundation pour to the final coat of paint. No shortcuts, no compromises.
Hands-On Leadership
Our principals are on-site, not just in the office. You'll know your contractor by name and see them on your job.
Transparent Communication
We keep clients informed at every milestone. No surprises — just clear timelines, honest estimates, and open dialogue.
Community Roots
Three generations deep in this community. We build here because we live here, and our reputation is everything.
